Egg & Toast
Ok, I admit it, I am a big kid at heart. If there is one breakfast that would have to be my all time favourite, it would be boiled egg, with runny yolk, and soldier toast to dip into it.
I haven’t had it for a long time and although I’ve been eating more eggs since being on the Dukan Diet than I normally do, I never thought I’d be able to have my favourite egg with soldier toast while on this diet.
But this morning I did!
Yesterday I cooked up some bread using a recipe I found on the Dukan Diet Facebook page. I haven’t added the recipe to this site yet as it didn’t rise very well so isn’t that great. I will try it again making a change to the recipe and see how that goes, if it works well I will add the recipe.
However, the bread I cooked was still very edible and so this morning I boiled myself an egg for 3 minutes, perfectly cooked so the white was hard but the yolk still runny.
The I took some of the bread that I made and toasted it under the griller just a bit. Then I spread it with a very light spreading of philidelphia light cream cheese, then cut it into fingers.

It was so yummy! I think this might be a regular addition to my breakfast menu!
