We have decided this year to participate in the Cancer Council’s Relay for Life.  This is a fundraising even where we will be required to walk/run around a track for 24 hours.  We are putting together a team of members and we do the event in relay style, taking it in turns to carry the baton around the track.

The Relay for Life event that we are participating in is on November 20th and we are currently doing some fundraising for the event.

Most people will have been affected by cancer at some stage in their life, whether directly affected themselves or having a family member or friend affected by this disease.  Join us in the fight against this awful disease and help us to raise funds to find a cure.
