Today is Weigh In Day!

Another weigh in day comes around and I’m happy to report that this is a good one.  After gaining 1.1kg last week I would have been devastated if I had gained again this week, but I’m happy to say that I have lost 600g this week so am back down to 57.3kg which I’m pretty happy with.

Yesterday was a terrible day too as I started the day off with a bowl of cereal, then dropped the kids off at school and went to the shop for some hamburger rolls and bought myself a dark chocolate cherry ripe.  It was delicious but naughty.  We had hamburgers for dinner as it was my sons birthday and that was his birthday dinner request.  Then I made a lovely chocolate cake with jam and cream inside and chocolate frosting on top and yes I did have a slice of that last night!

Food Diary – Yummy Fish but Naughty Donuts!

Another day and food diary and today I did quite good all day until the end of the day when I was tempted by some yummy donuts.  I find that to be one of my biggest problems, when I’m making food for the kids and can’t help myself but I have to have some myself.  I need more will power to be able to cook the food, look at the food, but not eat the food.  Although if I’m pretty good for the rest of the day I’m sure a couple of donuts won’t hurt occasionally.  Don’t worry, I’m not going to make them again for a while :)

The Beginning Of My Food Diary

As I have been very easily getting off track quite often with my diet I have decided to start a food diary.  However, I will not promise to share every single item I eat and photograph everything I eat because I know myself too well and I know there will be many times that I’ll likely forget.

So for the days and times that I remember to photograph my food I will do so and for all the other times I will at least attempt to remember to come in and say what I have eaten.

So today  I started off with a bowl of Nut Feast cereal – not on the Dukan Diet food allowance list I know, but I have added cereals into my diet.  I also think that as long as it isn’t a cereal that is full of sugar and just fattening, then I don’t see a problem with eating cereal, certainly not at this stage of my diet.  I didn’t do it during Attack Phase and I rarely did it during Cruise Phase, but now I admit I am eating cereal.
