Foods for Energy
I never seem to have any energy, I never had energy before I started dieting and I certainly don’t have any now. So the question is ‘why don’t I have any energy’? I’m guessing the answer to that question is likely that I am not eating enough of the foods that I need for energy. Oat bran galettes or pancakes are big on the menu for breakfast and, well, I just prefer eggs. I really like eggs, but could they be doing me harm?
