Ham and Cheese grilled is one of my favourites and one meal that I have missed while on the Dukan diet. Today I am on a protein only day and I walked into the kitchen and just couldn’t think what to make for lunch. Tomorrow is grocery shopping day, so today the fridge and cupboards are almost bare.
I must stick to this diet though and it’s only 2 more days until weigh in so I need to be good.
It’s so cold today and I really felt like something warm for lunch, but what????
I kinda felt like ham and cheese grilled, but can’t have that on this diet. Then I remembered that I made bread yesterday and I have some baby belle light cheese and some lite ham in the fridge.
Boy that was delicious. Dukan bread, lite ham, baby belle light cheese grated on top, then sprinkled with just a little salt and pepper. YUM!
I really enjoyed that lunch.
So, now I just need to build up the motivation to go for a run. I really don’t want to go today as it has been raining all day. I’m considering perhaps putting on a Zumba Fit DVD or something instead. It’s just too cold outside.
