For dinner this evening I made the family Taco’s and I wasn’t planning on missing out. I’m on a PV (protein & veg) day today so I can have salad vegies.
So to make Dukan Diet tacos you will need the following:
Ingredients:
- lettuce
- tomato
- cucumber
- mushroom
- low fat mince
- taco sauce
Slice up some lettuce, the tomatoes, cucumber and mushroom. Cook the mince and add the taco sauce as per the taco sauce instructions.
Place one large lettuce leaf on a plate, fill with the mince, tomatoes, cucumber and mushroom and add a little of the chopped lettuce on top. Basically you just make it the same as a normal taco but replace the taco shell with a lettuce leaf and don’t have cheese.

I’m not 100% sure about the taco ingredients for the Dukan Diet but they do look ok, not too much sugar or fats. Although it doesn’t look like a lot in the photo it was actually quite filling. I really enjoyed it and didn’t miss the taco shell at all.
